. From there he lived in Los Angeles

before settling down in Corning

. Joe admits that he came back east, to this area specifically, because there?s no better place in the world to live. He also felt it was important that his children know what the east coast has to offer, as opposed to the west coast. Joe is the proud parent of a wonderful daughter Shyanne (7), and a terrific son Elijah (5).

has been in the people business since the early eighties when he became a waiter and a bartender, and has since been a restaurant manager, and a sales and marketing manager, and in general, a full time people specialist. He has been in sales his whole life, in some sort of fashion or another, and he believes that listening and asking questions are the keys to getting things right. A couple of years ago he and a friend sought to sell their home and purchase another, and it was because of his blatant dissatisfaction of that buying and selling experience, that Joe decided becoming a licensed sales agent was for just for him. Although no longer affliated with any broker, and no longer a licensed agent, Joe figures he knows what he expected, and sought, as both a buyer and a seller, and what the average clients and customers seek as well.
